The Heart Behind Willow Rose Creations

I have always been a creator, drawn to the joy of working with and learning new mediums. What started as a relaxing hobby making jewelry with natural stone, glass, and metal beads, blossomed into a craft fair business. My love for learning new things led me to create intricate 'tree of life' hanging suncatcher sculptures. In 2013, I delved into colored pencil and ink drawing, and acrylic brush painting. When pour painting gained popularity, I was immediately intrigued and began exploring this vibrant art form. Today, my focus is on usable art, including beautifully poured and hand-painted coasters and trivets. My style is distinctly bright and vibrant, reflecting the joy I find in every piece I create.

Beyond creating and selling my art at Willow Rose Creations, one of my greatest passions is teaching local classes here in Byron, Minnesota. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the pure joy on students' faces when they complete a project, or witnessing their excitement as they learn and create something new.
